Due Time Events 1st Annual Car Show

By registering a vehicle for the Due Time Events 1st Annual Car Show, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment

Vehicle registration is $20 per vehicle. Each registration applies to one vehicle only. Participants wishing to enter multiple vehicles must complete a separate registration and pay the applicable entry fee for each vehicle.

Registration is considered complete once the registration information and payment have been successfully submitted.

All makes and models are welcome.

Refunds, Cancellations & Weather

Registration fees are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by Due Time Events and no rescheduled event date is offered.

The event may be postponed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Due Time Events.

If the event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new event date.

Vehicle & Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the safe operation, condition, insurance, security, and supervision of their vehicles and personal property.

Participants must follow all directions provided by Due Time Events staff, volunteers, Chimney Oaks Golf Club personnel, and other authorized event representatives.

Unsafe driving, burnouts, excessive revving, reckless behavior, or other conduct that could endanger guests, participants, property, or vehicles is prohibited.

Due Time Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a participant or vehicle from the event for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful conduct.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in and attendance at an automotive event may involve inherent risks, including risks associated with moving or parked vehicles, pedestrian traffic, outdoor conditions, and other event activities.

By registering and participating, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with your participation in the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless Due Time Events, Chimney Oaks Golf Club, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, employees, representatives, and affiliated parties from claims for personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or other damages arising from or related to your participation in or attendance at the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

Damage to Property

Participants are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their vehicles to the venue, grounds, other vehicles, or other property.

Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event.

By participating, you acknowledge that photographs or video containing you or your vehicle may be captured and used by Due Time Events for event coverage, social media, websites, advertising, promotional materials, or promotion of future events without compensation.

Event Awards, Raffles & Giveaways

Awards, raffles, and giveaways may be offered during the event. Eligibility, selection methods, prize availability, and award categories may be determined or modified by Due Time Events at its discretion.

Charitable Proceeds

Proceeds from the 2026 Due Time Events Car Show will be donated to the Homer Fire Department.

Agreement

By submitting your registration, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
